The results of the first major work of the trias consortium:
the analyses of the training needs as defined by all partners for European eGovernment.
This was not an easy task. The deffinition of eGovernment is an issue in itself; where does IT stop and eGovernment start; what is the right classification of egovernments topis and themes? what are the relationships between the eGovernment programmes in each country and the trainingneeds? Which are the priorities? what are the relevant domeins, etc,etc. The training needs in the European countries differ tremendously.
The result of WP2 is presented here. WP 3 is in the making, but it reflects the change in the project policy towards a game and a wiki to cater for the wide variety of training needs.
